Mondays10:30:Ease and Flow Yoga (Babies Welcome!)* A great way to work with your baby or belly while gaining strength and flexibility. This is good for all mom's, whether prenatal, postnatal 6 weeks, 6 months, 6 or even 60 years!
Wednesdays 5:30pm:Ease and Flow Yoga* This class focuses on your breath as you treat yourself to a slow flow. A wonderful prenatal and postnatal class as well! Classes are generally lighthearted, breath-centric and with emphasis on healing and strengthening through proper alignment. Thursdays at 12pm*:Mommy Muscles In this strength building class we will focus on those "mommy muscles" such as biceps, shoulders, back and core, and quads. All those muscles that get a lot more use when mom is picking up baby, feeding baby, bending down to baby. We will focus on the muscles we worked on and also areas around the hip joints and back that are often sore for pregnant (or any) women. Saturday 10:30 to Noon:Prenatal Yoga. Using gentle, targeted exercises that can be practiced during the first, second and third trimester, prenatal yoga classes focus on poses that strengthen and increase flexibility of the muscles used during childbirth, while also increasing stamina.

This class will answer your questions and will cover when to move your child to the next seat as well as common mistakes and how to avoid them.
