We discuss all options for pain relief and alternatives to pharmaceuticals, as well as how to keep your birth as natural as you want it to be. This class includes our 3 hour Newborn Wisdom Class and Breastfeeding Wisdom Class!
The ideal time to start your childbirth education is prior to 32 weeks, but all mamas are welcome!

This class goes beyond Women's Self Defense. Knowing how to protect yourself is an important skill, but typical self defense skills are woefully inadequate once children are factored into the equation. We will show you not only how to defend yourself, but also how to keep your children safe.
