Conscious Pregnancy Course This series focuses on sharing the tools for cultivating the Most Amazing Pregnancy, or M.A.P. In M.A.P. classes, all the tools and resources you need to bond and connect with your growing baby are provided. A thorough look at genetics, hormones, emotions, environment and mental constructs will be covered- in a format that is easy to comprehend and very engaging.
Optimal Nutrition in Pregnancy This workshop focuses on the lifestyle, exercise and attitude choices vital for a healthy pregnancy and covers what to avoid during pregnancy and what expectant mothers should start doing to prepare their body for a healthy birth.
Sacred Pregnancy Journey If you are PREGNANT and want to connect with other women in sisterhood and discuss pertinent issues then you NEED to come to a Sacred Pregnancy class. If you feel CALLED to be included, please reach out! The Pregnancy Journey classes happen early on in your pregnancy, because we want you to have a space to start talking about important issues coming up for you WAY BEFORE you are even thinking about the birthing part of your journey!The 8 week classes are about 2 hours once a week and are JUST FOR PREGNANT MAMAS!

In this workshop you will lay the foundation for a personal yoga practice so you can bring comfort and calm to your body as it changes and grows on this amazing journey. By practicing specific yoga postures you will work with nature to increase the flexibility and strength of your pelvic framework.
